the projects: two full-time internships with KIND Snacks's brand team. 

 the goal: convey their colorful visual identity and marketing messages of health & wellness through digital and printed materials. 

BUILD YOUR OWN SNACK BOX

As an independent project within a larger brand refresh, I conceptualized packaging design for "Build Your Own Box", a customer-order subscription box of KIND products

My goal for the BYOB was to celebrate the endless possibilities of their inventory and increase the packaging's visual interest and unboxing experience.

After experimenting with the inner box layout and pattern-making with original illustrations, I applied KIND's core colors to the ingredients and spaced them out organically.

  • Incorporates illustration into the KIND brand identity

  • Adds excitement to the user's unboxing experience

  • Remains faithful to the brand's aesthetic.

KIND CUSTOMER EMAILS

I was responsible for creating weekly email blasts directed toward KIND customers.

 

My objective for each layout was to increase traffic to the company website using CTA'a and information hierarchy, and highlight information about new releases, upcoming sales, and the health benefits and general versatility of their product.

KIND UNFI TRAILER WRAP

For my favorite project completed with the print team, I was challenged to merge our brand identity with United Natural Foods (UNFI) onto a trailer layout to cross-promote both companies. I prioritized size, product placement, and simplicity for this unique advertising method of the semi-truck wrap,

KIND PORTFOLIO 101

Over the course of my time at KIND, I was tasked with compiling KIND's snack portfolio into a single document. This guide includes a table of contents, a list of every product and flavor, and item overviews with imagery, nutritional facts, and talking points that are unique to each section.
